Single

$140 — 60 min

Whether you’re new or continuing, book a single session to address specific concerns or maintain results from previous work.

Series

$400 — 3 series / $1300 — 10 series

Optimal results are achieved over a series of three to ten sessions. The full ten-series provides a systematic approach to aligning the body from head to toe.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • A typical session lasts about 60 minutes. We begin by assessing your posture, alignment, and movement patterns while standing and walking. For most of the session, you'll lie on the table while I apply varying amounts of pressure, guiding you through small movements to release tension or improve alignment. The touch ranges from light to deep, but it should never cause significant pain or discomfort. Throughout the session, we'll discuss your comfort and work on improving body awareness. At the end, we’ll talk about how to integrate the changes into your daily life, and I’ll have you stand and walk again to notice the improvements. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement and enables me to assess your posture and body effectively. Comfortable underwear is common and preferred, but athletic wear such as gym, yoga, or Pilates attire is also perfectly acceptable.

  • For Rolfing sessions, it’s important to wear clothing that allows for close observation of body movement and effective hands-on tissue work. Most clients find that comfortable underwear works best, but your comfort is the priority—athletic wear is also a great option. Generally try to avoid tight sports bras and bulky clothing. If you have any questions or concerns about what to wear, feel free to contact me.

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made with less notice will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost.

  • Unfortunately, I do not accept insurance, but a receipt can be provided for reimbursement through a flexible spending account.

  • Payment by cash or check is accepted at the time of your appointment.

  • I see clients weekday (Mon-Fri) evenings from 6-9pm and on weekends from 8am-5pm.
